A historical bakery and patisserie in Cortina
which has been an indispensable stop over after skiing or during the afternoon walk after skiing.
It’s a little temple of good taste that takes out of the oven deicious delicacies ready to satisy the most raffinated of palates.
Massimo Alverà chooses with extreme care the ingredients, Always of first choice, with a special consideration for seasonal products.

Handmade chocolates are available also in the forms of bars and also in particular compositions, for exceptional present ideas.

You will not find only cakes and patisserie at the Alverà bakery, but you can also find  savoury specialities of excellent quality: various types of bread, little pizzas for everyones liking, with possibility to order, and the unforgettable and traditional pucce , made with rye and wheat flour aromatized with wild fennel seeds.
